Christina Mesiti!

You may have seen Christina Mesiti's work in her recent show Inside the Painting Place. Christina explores the genre of landscape painting and reexamining how a sense of place can be created within a two-dimensional format. Her use of line balanced with planes of bold color brings forth design elements, contemporary painting and drawing techniques and a lush color palette. We are especially grateful for the FIVE paintings she submitted to the guide!

Sarah Waite has lived in Arizona all her life! She is about to receive her BFA in Photography, congratulations Sarah!

She has submitted three photographs from her Space series she digitally combines and manipulates multiple photographs of everyday objects such as sponges or cups of coffee into colorful space-scapes. Check out Celluporous Nebula pictured above.
